Introduction #
To begin the process of resetting your account password, navigate to the “Login” page, which can be accessed directly or by clicking on ‘Login’ on the homepage. Once there, locate and click on the ‘Forgot Password’ link, which you’ll find just below the password entry field.
Password Reset Steps #
You will need to enter the email address you used when registering your account. After that, hit the ‘Send Link’ button. You’ll receive an email with a link to reset your password.
Important Note: If your account was created using a social login method (like Google or Office365), you should continue to use that method for signing in. If you don’t receive the password reset email, first verify if the email address entered is correct. If it’s correct and there’s still no email, check your spam folder.
